1. Put your needs first for 3 days. Get creative with it, somehow the world will keeping spinning without you as superwoman. This may feel uncomfortable at first but it is well worth exploring. Massage, walks, movies, books, footbaths, aromatherapy. Whatever feels good ;)
2. Keep a picture of yourself at a young age in your wallet. Every time you 'pay' attention to something or someone, ask yourself if it would make little you happy. If not, be honest about why you are doing it. It may be time to do things differently.
3. Make a list of things you LOVE to do. Read it every morning. Do at least one thing on the list every day.
